Prepare
Slow down. Establish intention. Understand the process. Create the conditions for trust.
01
Approach
The work is to create conditions where something meaningful can be encountered, understood, and integrated.
A common thread
Medicine of Being is informed by Gulnara’s path through conventional medicine, nursing, natural medicine, and end-of-life support. Across these different forms of care runs a common thread: close attention to the person, respect for the body’s intelligence, and an understanding that meaningful change happens in relationship—not through a single technique.
Gulnara’s path has moved through conventional medicine, pediatric care, nursing, natural medicine, and end-of-life work. Rather than seeing these as separate disciplines, her practice is shaped by what they share: careful attention, relationship, respect for the body, and the understanding that care must meet the whole person.
Prepare
Slow down. Establish intention. Understand the process. Create the conditions for trust.
01
Experience
Enter the work with attentive support and space to follow what unfolds.
02
Integrate
Reflect, reconnect, and begin translating experience into everyday life.
03
Time to understand the work, establish intention, and decide whether this is the right container.
Trust is not assumed. It is built through conversation, clarity, and a human pace.
Facilitation is less about directing an outcome and more about remaining with what is actually happening.
The body is not an afterthought. Sensation, breath, and pacing are part of how meaning arrives.
When an experience is entered, it is held with attention, privacy, and enough space to follow what unfolds.
Insight is only the beginning. The slower work is returning to ordinary life with what has been seen.
This is not a method for everyone, and it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care. A discovery call exists so that fit can be considered carefully, including when another form of support would be more appropriate.

A discovery call is simply a place to start the conversation.
