This policy describes how Medicine of Being handles information collected through this website. It is written for a small professional practice. It does not claim HIPAA compliance. The discovery form is designed to avoid collecting detailed health information.

Who we are

What we collect

If you submit the discovery-call form, we receive the name, email, optional phone number, area of interest, and optional message you choose to send, along with a record that you consented to the form notice. A hidden field is used only as spam protection. Cloudflare Turnstile may provide a verification token used to reduce automated abuse.

Please do not include medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other sensitive health information. If such information is sent anyway, we will treat it carefully and may ask you not to send it through this channel.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell this information. We do not use it to build marketing profiles.

Hosting and processors

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Inquiry emails may be sent through Cloudflare Email Sending or a transactional email provider configured by the practice. Those processors see information only as needed to deliver the message and operate the site.

Analytics and cookies

Invasive analytics are not enabled by default. If privacy-conscious Cloudflare Web Analytics is later turned on, it is used to understand aggregate traffic, not to identify you across the web. Essential cookies or similar storage may be used by Cloudflare and Turnstile for security.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained as long as needed to respond and to keep an ordinary professional record of correspondence, then deleted or archived according to the practice’s ordinary email habits. This site does not store form submissions in a database.

Your choices

You may email gkarimova@gmail.com to ask what information we hold from a website inquiry, to correct it, or to request that we delete correspondence we no longer need to keep. Legal obligations may require a limited record to be retained.
